Surround yourself with like minded women!

I often hear from women that they wish they had other women in their daily lives that were on the same page as them. Women who understand how difficult it is growing a business. Women like all of us here in Her Umbrella! Here are some steps you can take to help out!

➡️ You have to make room for them! Too often women don’t find business friends because they are too busy hanging with the people who ARE NOT supporting them or their goals.

➡️ Hang where business people hang. Women who work from home tend to work and hang out at their homes. My point is that you may have to get out your comfort zone to go to the places where you can make friends. We aren’t there to see who’s the most successful or been in business the longest; we’re there to motivate each other, bounce ideas off each other, and to be accountable.

➡️ Be willing to hangout with people who don’t work exactly like you do. We all can learn from anyone.

In the end, finding your circle is a matter of being willing to look for them. Put your mind to work on it and I am sure you will see there are lots of strong, friendly women out there looking for the same in you.
